Work in progress

Our roadmap

Six steps guide the barcode and label work we’re building.

These are planned improvements. They are not a list of features available today, and there are no release dates to share.

  1. Bring in a spreadsheet

Import CSV and Excel files. Choose which columns hold the code, quantity and label text. Check rows for errors and keep leading zeros intact.

  2. Make label layouts reusable

Build templates for sheets and roll labels. Save layouts and printer adjustments. Check code size and the clear space around each code before printing.

  3. Export files for printing

Add print-ready PDF, SVG and PNG options, plus ZIP files for batches. Keep the printed size consistent with the chosen label layout.

  4. Keep page details accurate

Keep page details accurate as the tools change.

  5. Test printed labels and write guides

Check labels on sheet and thermal printers. Read them with phone and handheld scanners. Publish worked guides after each workflow passes its checks.

  6. Scan from a phone into a spreadsheet

Build live camera scanning with a table of codes, quantities and notes. Add spreadsheet export and a way to move scanned items into the label workflow.
